No: The properties are located on a new build development in Selby. There are a wide range of local services within walking distance, and there is also a nearby bus route into Selby town centre, where there is the full range of services |

No: The area has been identified as a suitable area for Afghan families by the Council’s Refugee Resettlement Team. The properties will also be managed and maintained by the Housing management and maintenance teams that are currently based in Selby. |
